Welcome everyone to the Announcements page! This is the forum in which you may find relevant announcements from the Association. While we may continue to utilize our Facebook page for most things, sensitive member only topics such as announcements of changes to annual dues or marina rules and regulations may be found here.
If you have visited the dock recently you will note changes being made to ensure we remain compliant with TVA and coast guard regulations as well as the safety of our members. This is primarily to manage some of the challenges we have faced over the last two seasons. We will be placing new signage in the coming months as our signs down at the waterfront are now illegible due to the sun damage.
Additionally, you may find a small paddle boat placed in the equipment storage area purchased by myself and Robert Wright. We are happy to share this item with the association and will leave it stored there for member usage during the summer months as long as it remains in good condition. It weighs 100 lbs. and can be cumbersome to put into the water so be sure you have help to put it in and take it out when needed.
